Michael has over 25 years diversified business and accounting experience in residential real estate, retail management and non-profit organizations.

Michael received a BS degree in accounting from the University of Houston Clear Lake; he also received an MBA from the University of Houston Clear Lake. He is an Enrolled Agent and is authorized by the IRS to represent clients regarding their tax matters. He is also qualified to take the CPA exam in Texas and is pursuing this certification; having passed several parts of the CPA exam. He is also a licensed real estate broker in the State of Texas.
